Today is the first day of November.
The countdown to my favorite holiday is on...25 days! All the food, family, and fun is what makes this time of year oh so special and that's why it's my favorite.
Thinking about all that food leads me to this week's menu. Since Mark Dean will be leaving for Vegas tomorrow :(, I do get the opportunity to make MY favorite meals...although, I normally do anyways.
The menu for this week looks like this:
Monday - Papa John's Monday Pizza Special
Tuesday - Chicken Noodle Soup
Wednesday - Chili's for a birthday dinner
Thursday - Baked Chicken & Rice
Friday - Guinness Roast
Looks like it's gunna be a goooooood week.
