Menu Monday - 1/31


In the past 3 weeks,
I've lost ~9 pounds.
And I'm so excited.

I've been eating better.
Eating less.
And hitting the gym EVERYDAY!
Plus, I walk 2 miles for school everyday...
bonus work out!

So, for this week, 
I'm keeping it healthy.

Monday - Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken w/ Balsamic Carrots
Tuesday - Spinach Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken w/ Potatoes
Wednesday - Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken Sandwichs
Thursday - Bestie Night (so, I may reward myself tonight!)
Friday -Fajitas & Guacamole (w/ wheat tortillas)

  1. Share your recipes! I'm trying to lose some weight in anticipation for the boudoir shoot I'm doing in August but I am at a loss for what to cook that'll stick keep the hubby happy.

  2. Ah! I've been there but never achieved the weight I wanted for the pics. I keep saying I'll redo them when get to my weight goal this time. :D I'll share them as I come up with them...since I want to try a few things next week. This week I just bought the seasoned packages of chicken at HEB (by the seasoned fajitas).

  7. Heather - I love cilantro but Mark HATES it. I try to through it in there sometime so maybe he'll like it a different way. I hope your Monday (and week) is just as great!
