a lil under the weather yesterday.
I stopped at CVS
on my way to the gym
to knock this lil bug outta me
before it got bad.
Well,
it's bad.
Today was terrible.
I noticed this on my way to school:
For people with high blood pressure.
I've been known to have a temper
But it's never be confirmed that I have high blood pressure.
And I read the back after I get to school
"Excitability and drowsiness may occur"
I'm not sure I could handle both at the same time.
Lucky for me,
drowsiness was the only thing that kicked in.
During class.
Didn't catch much of what happened in math.
Pretty sure I bombed my Spanish test.
And I just woke up from sleeping off the rest of those meds.
I think it's safe to say
I will no longer be taking high blood pressure flu medicine.
Hope everyones week is off to be better start than mine.
P.S. This stupid cold is not good for my work out routine. Is it ok if I still go to the gym? Just do a lighter work out? UGH!!!
Go to the gym and sweat it out! =) Feel better doll! Salad binges, mucho citrus, and lots of water and green/mint tea always helps me get better and feel better fast! <3

ReplyDeleteSalad...ahh! I haven't warmed up to lettuce yet! But I've got the water flowing. Now, for new meds. :D
This cold thing going around has kicked my butt too! I took Nyquil (soooo not a good idea for me) and was dizzy for almost 2 days on top of being miserable and sick.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better very soon...especially for your workouts!
I'd go to the gym too, but don't work too too hard! Just a bit of a sweat.
ReplyDeleteI'd say some nice soup and lemon tea. mmm
Feel better sweet girl!! Im hiding, we have had our share of sickness! love ya!
ReplyDeleteUgh poor thing, I hope you feel better soon! I haven't been horribly sick yet this season *knock on wood* so I'm hoping to keep that up.
ReplyDeleteWow, I didn't even know they made flu medication for people with high blood pressure!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon :)
HA! Cold medicine for high BP, who knew?! Get well soon, love.
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies.
ReplyDeleteI've got new meds and it's working out pretty good. If only I can keep it under control till this nasty cold weather moves out!!! AH! We are all popsicles down in Texas!
